Well you could send your cleaver to Fujikura for blade replacement and calabration. If anything is worn out (screw), they will replace it. As for your splicer, I don't have a Fitel, but I sent in my Fujikura splicer in once a year for a cleaning and check-up. They have a service plan. Maybe Fitel can do that for your machine.
