Actually his contract states thathis company gets 38% of evything collected tha is over $1000.00 and 5% of everything collected under $1000.00, over one year old, skips, international accounts, consumer claims, legal demand, litigation, and 2nd placements.
Once he collects he holds the money in HIS account until the 20th of the following month. He also states that they have the athourity to endorse in your name all checks, notes, drafts, bills of exchange or any other orders for the payment of debt that is owed to you. It also states that if you withdrawl you contract with them before they deem the account un-collectable yu will be liable for all the fees they would have earned if they had collected your money in full.
I don't know about you, but I decided not to sign the contract after I read it. I was getting more money on my own.
