Now that's a joke. If their services were installed properly to begin with and the OSP was up to spec and the head end guys were doing their jobs right and the CPE that was garbage wasn't being recycled the poor customer would not need that option. Or maybe all of the above is by design to extract more dollars from the subscriber.
