I know where I live with Comcast if you know the fleet vehicle manger and your a contractor he'll let you know when a vehicle comes up for auction and you put in a closed bid. highest bidder gets it, my partner has bought about 4 buckets for around $500 each, some had some problems others needed minor work, still a good deal.
