Looks like they are new to the market and greedy to the money. Multiple subs are already got burned by them, they are withholding retainage from 10k to 40k in construction and refuse to pay after you leave the notice about quitting. When you contact Rich (their HR) he will tell you they py after 2 weeks and no retainage but when you start working they will tell you that in this particular project they pay after 2 month + retainage. I saw the add they are now trying to sub for residential side what a joke their managent cant handle a little projects always on the edge and about to lose contract just wondering how they gonna handle residential LOL . So if you dont wanna waste your time and money STAY AWAY. There are plenty good primes around that dont BS and pay on time .
