They still serviced mine even after the warranty and sent me a loaner once. For FREE. They have been good to me over the years. Will definitely consider inno first in the future if I and when need another machine. Probably buy a demo again. They are pretty reasonable. I have a ifs 10 and ifs15 but that view 7 is bad asz to me. The speed isnt that critical on this ftth job .Good luck
