If Mike Rowe actually cared he would get on the locating companies. I’ve work in 7 states and it is the same song every where. There is no blow back on the USICs of the world or holding them accountable. You can preach safety all you want and commenting about calling 811 (which anyone on this site knows) micro man but if locators aren’t held accountable, it’s just hot air. Mike Rowe- if you’re not going to hold locators accountable GO FLY A KITE!
