Some companies will give you a rate sheet. For example I get paid for everything I do audit hours are paid at 96/hr. entering fiber cases are 185. Any job over 70 miles requires a mobilization fee. each individual splice is 31.00. Everything has a price I run the Fiber and the strand also this is paid by footage for each strand and fiber. The numbers I am giving you are about 5 years old so i can imagine the prices now. also we do alot of night cuts and we get paid just for working the 12 am to 6 am window. I work for 2 companies one set the rates the other allowed me to set my own so I went a little north from the mention prices.
