Whatever deal he comes up with should be inVrbal writing.I had a written contract.If he's a professional.He will put it in contract for his and your protection.If no contract.Save all email,text,ect.Verbal contracts are binding if backed up by email or text.My housing was paid permanent paid for by the company.
