On my  Corning CDS or Inno its the cameras or mirrors are fogged up, but since you have cleaned them  that shouldn't be it.  My machines gave programs to check for malfunctions.Ans it will sometimes require more than one time cleaning as it adjusts to the weather.
 Davey Optical Repair Service or DOERS lab in canada has the rights to service the machines now.  Corning in Hickory NC does not work on them anymore.  Fiber Optic Resale or AAA might also be able to help you too.  Good Luck
