Google has no emplyees per se. They sub out everything . Just have a mainly sales reps to sell the services . In KC installers start at 17 per hour with OT and never climb a pole as all the drops are already done to the nid . they jsut hook up the inside of the house . They are given brand new Ford Transits to drive as well . Google hired away some key People from Comcast and TW as well as they pay more money for quality people . Once Googles tarts expanding many more will jump ship as well .
