Re: Charter....? Really Charter? Really?

Well...it could be like Time Warner.  We only see 1 job and they are all routed as they are completed.  They are 1 hour timeframes like 8-9,9-10,10-11.  So if you did need to find equipment before you show up, you don't have the time.  You have to show up and start your job so you make the timeframe.  Then tell them you don't have what they need and then leave to find it.  Somehow this is all expected to be done in under an hour including drive time.  Hope this make you appreciate how good you have it.  The best part is they think it's great and the techs know it sucks ass.
