Qualifications
Experience in all aspects of coax splicing. Ability to read prints and wiring diagrams and take direction from construction supervisors and customer representatives. Ability to climb poles or use a bucket truck as needed. Ability to set up & maintain safe work areas.
Other Requirements
Interested in sub-contractors or direct hires. Must have a valid drivers' license. Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. as needed with or without assistance.
Job Description
The successful Coax Splicer candidates must have extensive knowledge of cable splicing and installation procedures and techniques. The candidates should be leaders both in the field and in the office and should embody our company values. We’re not looking for heroes or loners, but TEAMMATES that want to share in the future success of our business. You’re welcome to bring your own experienced team if they are interested in Aerial Foreman, Underground Foreman, Ground Hand or Locator positions.

Responsible for completing paperwork for individual projects weekly for billing including as-builts for customers as needed
Working around heavy machinery
Efficiently run a directional boring rig and teach others to do the same
Assists with overflow work as needed
Follows all company policies and procedures
Strictly adheres to company safety policies for vehicles, equipment, etc.
Ability to travel when required
