Job Description
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY - Willing to train
Must submit to criminal background check
Must carry valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
Must have a vehicle that can be worked out of and accommodate a ladder
Time management skills
Must be able to lift 75 lbs (or more) on a regular basis
Job Duties:
Under limited supervision, perform from basic to advance installation of television,internet and telephone services
Install and trouble shoot all services from terminal to CPE
Must be physically able to work in attics, crawl spaces and in all weather conditions when necessary.
Must be physically able to work from kneeling or standing position for long periods of time, climb ladders with proper equipment, and lift and carry loads up to 75lbs including ladder.
Provide in-depth customer education of the services being provided
Meet key performance metrics
Operate and maintain vehicle and equipment in a safe and personal matter
Available to work overtime, holidays and weekends when deemed necessary
Ability to work with basic hand tools
Ability to be flexible with other duties as assigned
Ability to be professional in all setting with customers and fellow associates within the company
