Production/base pay. $75k-$100k+ annually. Plus benefits - health care/401k/disability/paid vacation. Position is long-term, full-time with a growing, established company.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience. Clean driving record, CDL preferred.
Other Requirements
Must have own climbing gear, we will provide safety equipment/PPE. Must pass background check and drug test.
Job Description
Experienced in the following tasks: New Cable Installs, Pole Transfers, Strand Building, Cable Hanging, Lashing, Over Lashing, Wreck Out, Make Readies.
Foreman is responsible for both supervisory tasks as well as the physical construction/upgrade of Telecommunications/Cable systems in an outside plant environment.
Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques
Knowledge in coax, aerial, and fiber construction
Knowledge in coax and/or fiber splicing desired
Ability to set up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers
Ability to read and understand maps
Ability to climb telephone poles, work and operate a bucket truck
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work on call including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be self-sufficient
Ability to lift 70 lbs.
