There are stackable codes. Pay is monthly, and then paid weekly. FACTORING OPTION AVAILABLE FOR 10 DAYS/20 DAYS Payout. For W2/In house crew - the pay is competitive and bi weekly.
Qualifications
Looking for experienced (aerial / UG and fiber splicers) - contractors/W2/1099 for immediate work. Should be licensed to work in the markets if subs/contractors
Other Requirements
Aerial: Bucket truck with metal basket, intercom or 2way radios, cable trailer, and lasher; UG: Drill and trailer. Splicers - Splicing van with bucket and tools
Job Description
We have 1000+ miles of fiber to place and splice. Its a long term project, spread across 80 markets and 4 states
Aerial Crew:
+Obtain all of the necessary licenses, permits, and materials for each job.
+Oversee, accomplish, and ensure all work quality related to each project and assume full responsibility for its standard and timeliness.
+Gain entry to site buildings for work crew and call in utilities located at each project site.
+Drive, haul, and/or operate equipment to/from job sites to assist crews in completion of work.
+Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure the crews work safely.
+Place aerial fiber.
+Connect wires and cables to terminals and place various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings, or poles.
+Perform aerial tasks, such as new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, and lashing.
+Climb utility poles and/or use aerial lift truck to place cables on poles per system design.
+Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
+Keep the job(s) moving on time, clean up, and perform job restoration at the end of job.
+Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
