Qualifications
Valid Driver's License is a MUST. Ability to Travel. Experience (1-3 years) at the management level in the Telecommunications industry either installation aerial or underground.

Job Description
Long-term project with national company. The main focus of this position is to manage up to 20+ in house and/or sub-contractor bury crews in day to day production meeting the target due dates. With the help of other company personnel, work needs to be routed to each crew, jobs need to be tracked, issues dealt with, and customer needs met on a daily basis.
Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):
• Oversee day to day & overall project timelines
o Route work daily to crews in the field based on locates and due dates
o Maintain strict timelines on individual job completion
o Manage resources in the field to meet each job complication
• Maintain materials inventory
o Keep record of all materials
o Order new materials when needed
o Issue materials to crews when necessary
• Customer Service – Damage claims
o Investigate damage claims
o Maintain damage claim records
o Communicate with customer, homeowner, and crew all damage claims and resolutions.
• Site surveys
o Visit constructions sites to verify path, locates, and equipment needed
