Top priced paid. Hourly employees pay will be based on previous experience. Piece rates are the best in the area.
Qualifications
Coax splicers need previous experience and the ability to balance forward and reverse. We will train the right person if they are ambitious and ready to work. Line crews need previous experience with all sizes of Coax cables and pulling fiber optic cables. Self motivation and the ability to take direction and have pride in their work is a necessity.
Other Requirements
Valid Drivers license is a must with good driving record. Tools/ truck will be provided for in house employees. Subs that can not provide tools/ trucks can have them issued on a lease agreement. Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs and be in good physical condition. Requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, working in confined spaces, or working in a bucket
Job Description
Coax splicers needed. Must be willing to work days or nights as the work permits. Must be familiar with multiple cable sizes and be able to trouble shoot and balance forward and reverse.
Linemen needed. Need to have experience with new build construction of coax and fiber. Must be able to perform pole transfers de/re fiber, lash, over lash ect. We are currently working on many reconductor and road projects and you must be able to set up and maintain a proper MOT. We will contract out MOT services when deemed necessary.
Structured Broadband Services (SBS) is only looking for people that have pride in their work and are willing to work as a team and go the extra mile when needed.
