Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide strong operational support to the Underground Production Manager, Director of Operations and drop bury crews.
The Drop Bury Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, delegating and supervising drop crews as well as their material, tools and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Show exemplary customer service to customers, corporate leadership, supervisors and technicians.
Recruit, help train and motivate drop bury crew members.
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This includes goal setting, production, solving issues with customers, scheduling, etc...
Ensure all crews have proper tools, training, safety equipment, vehicle inspections and quality control.
Must be moderately proficient with different software programs.
2-5 years of supervision in a construction field preferred.
Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment testing (MVR, drug and background) MVR must have a minimum of 3 years clean driving history.
