Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Five (5) + years experience in the satellite or cable TV industry
• Two (2) + years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image;
• Good verbal communications and writing skills;
• Maintains valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards at all times;
•Acceptable background check including legal, educational, driving and credit, and drug screen.
Job Description
The Supervisor, Service Technician is accountable for the following functions for Starvision Technology:
• Day-to-day supervision & oversight of our field service technicians
• Job and service call scheduling of field service personnel
• Accurate daily, weekly and monthly documentation/reporting of service tickets and installations
• Ensure assigned installers achieve complete customer satisfaction 100% of the time by performing work in a professional, timely and approved manner
• Meet with assigned installers/service techs weekly to review standards, goals, QC results and performance metrics
• Oversee field training of new-hire installers and service techs
• When required, accompany installers and service techs to complete escalated and VIP work
• Tier 2 problem shooting for commercial and government service issues (telephone and field when required)
• Inventory management of field equipment and supplies
• Follow and enforce the Company’s policies and procedures, including the EEO guidelines and safety, at all times
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
