Qualifications
Required Skills: •2-5 years’ experience in CATV construction field supervision.
•Must have experience with aerial construction. •Thorough understanding of telecommunications construction & supervising construction projects. •Ability to interface with office and field personnel, customers, general public, other management, visitors & company personnel. •Leadership with skills to positively influence others, collaborate with teammates, communicate on the level of others, listen.

This is a full-time salary position. You must be able to work beyond normal working hours of Monday - Friday including weekends as necessary. This is a short term position, candidate must be able to work in Puerto Rico in March & April with the possibility of extending the stay until the project is complete.
Job Description
CCI Systems, Inc. is looking for a Field Supervisor that is highly motivated with high energy and strong organizational skills. Experience with cable TV and fiber optic maintenance required. This is a short term position, the candidate must be able to work the months of March & April, with a possibility of extending based on project needs. Room and equipment will be provided by the customer. Candidate will be paid a weekly salary, weekly incentive, and daily stipend for meals. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Insure the safety of all people working for and with CCI Systems. Responsible for weekly safety meeting and submitting of documentation to the Safety Manager.
•Consult with Project Manager to develop, coordinate and implement weekly/daily work activities to ensure continued work. Ensuring all crew members and sub-contractors understand job specifications and expectations.
•Direct and monitor all in- house and sub-contractor labor assigned to them.
•Understands and ensures that all work is done according to customer specifications and industry standards. Directs and instructs work crews on proper methods to accomplishing daily production. Maintaining quality control of all projects.
•Communicates and monitors production goals to ensure efficiency.
•Understands all billable work functions and codes.
•Verifying dailies for accuracy and coding them properly to be sent to the Operations group to be processed.
•Reviewing all field logs for accuracy to ensure accurate billing.
•Responsible for accurate documentation and maintenance of as-built prints on site.
•Responsible for the escalation and thorough documentation of all safety incidents to include utility damages, property damage and work related injuries.
•Demonstrate company values and leadership characteristics consistently and hold others accountable to do the same.
•Maintain accurate records of the work completed in form of personal as-builds/field notes/documentation with copies filed for records.
