We are the number one retailer in GA SC and WV. Download orders that are already scheduled via web access. Orders must be completed as scheduled. We are not able to reschedule orders for our benefit but we are able to manage calendars according to your capability. Installs must be completed according to certification and client specs along with NEC and local guidelines and grounding rules. Every order is subject to Quality Assurance inspection and penalties and costs are assessed against sub standard work or materials. Our successful techs take the time to make sure the customer becomes familiar with their new technology by doing a walk thru called "customer education" If you install TV and are not sure about doing internet because you are not a computer geek... don't worry about it, we have technical support for you and we will train and certify you no charge. We have 4 certified trainers. It may be time for you to step up from TV to internet installs. Send an email. Let us know who you are and what you are up to. Remember. You have got to turn in your ppw and pictures everyday. If you know you are not the type to do this, please spare yourself and us cause you will be broke and pissed in no time and blaming us like we never told you.
