Ability to work on your own, read prints and splice docs, troubleshoot light issues if necessary. Experience building cases is a must, Tyco types A-D as well as various other enclosures. Experience building said cases by midspanning loops of cable, from 12ct to 144ct, is a must. Mounting cases 12-15 feet up on a ladder.

Having all your tools and vehicle is preferred but can work something out if need be or if you're making the jump as an inhouse tech. I feel like I don't need to explain what you need if you're following this so far.

Location is all over Virginia, mostly rural locations. Plenty of work to be done, the project is constantly evolving. Absolutely no micromanaging, the things that will get you far here are integrity, honesty and solid craft. You will receive a work packet, you build the taps, you get another work packet, repeat. This is a great opportunity for the right person, we have a solid team with excellent communication and support from the prime.
