Qualifications
At least 3 years experience as lineman handling both fiber and coax with full understanding of all code and standard requirements related to aerial construction build & wreckouts. If only experience with fiber that is fine as well. Background checks are a requirement.
Other Requirements
Candidate for in-house should have all personal tools and climbing gear. If not then that can be worked out. All independent contractors seeking production rates should have required tools and equipment to do the job in the proper manner. If some equipment is missing that can be discussed. Subcontractors should have all equipment and tools to get the job done properly.
