Job Description
• Install new service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair or replace customer’s existing equipment as needed
• Handle all customer complaints, questions and develop solutions
• Must maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and performance throughout the day
• Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards
• Provide the customer with the best service and promote a good relationship between the customer and the company
• Complete paperwork with each work order in a timely manner
in order to ensure all details of the work are recorded for entry in the
customer's account
• Assist with work overflow when needed
• Ability to work to meet both customer and company demands within a short timeframe
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required
• Follow all company policies and procedures
