We pride ourselves on delivering reliable and efficient solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Aerial Foreman to lead and manage aerial construction projects.
Job Description:
The Aerial Foreman will oversee day-to-day aerial construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead a team of linemen and crew members to perform aerial fiber installations, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in aerial construction, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a crew in aerial fiber optic and/or cable utility construction project.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
Coordinate daily operations, including work schedules, crew assignments, and material management.
Perform quality control checks to ensure work is performed to the highest standards.
Troubleshoot issues on the job site and provide timely solutions.
Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to promote skill development and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure project progress and expectations are met.
Maintain accurate job site records, including material usage, crew hours, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aerial telecommunications construction or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of aerial fiber installation, construction methods, and equipment.
Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
Valid Chauffer's License
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical
