Must have at least 2 years experience working in the bucket. Must be able to build strand, place and lash any fiber. Experience in transfers (pole transfers and make ready work). Must be able to work with ladder when necessary. May be required to work more than 40 hours /week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.

Must speak Spanish and English and live in the Dallas area. Possess a valid driver’s license with a decent driving record. Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment.

You will be responsible for the installation of aerial fiber optic cables, pole transfers and make ready work, anchors and guy wires, aerial strand, direct buried pipe, trenching cable (short distances), pulling underground fiber and cables, call outs. Basic understand of splicing.
-Arrive on time
-May be required to work more than 40 hours /week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands
-Help load all material, tools, and equipment.
-Follow all on-site safety procedures.
-Provide As build’s and notes on jobs in progress or completed.
-Required to lift 32-foot ladder
-May be required to climb poles (with proper equipment), ladders, and other structures as necessary
-Must be able to work in an outdoor environment year around in all weather conditions
