Rate card for construction or splicing is set on Day rates. With expectations.
Qualifications
Fully equipped construction crews. Coax splicers must have knowledge on sweeping and Balancing. We are year round.
Other Requirements
Construction crews must have all tools and skill to complete the job.
Job Description
I’m in need of Full crew contractors that can do Aerial construction work.
I also need a Coax Splicer that I can place in a truck. He/she must have a clean driving record pass drug test and need the basic skills of Coax splicing, Balancing, as well as the coring tools to splice. I will provide a meter, Truck, ladder, and Gas card. If there is a small one span jobs that you can hit I’ll have a lasher always ready if you need to replace a span. These incentives will pay you a percentage on top of your daily pay. Let me know if you have any questions. In regards to the splicing. It’s simply put.

This give us more leverage on job selection and allows us to make sure our trucks make more money than just being under one company. I pay the high insurance so you don’t have to!!
Splicing has a Set day pay rate with expectations. If the expectation isn’t met you will fall on Productivity.
Construction is set on strictly 85/15 percent as all tools, truck, trailer, insurance and fuel is not provided. We provide the work and materials.
