We are seeking internet technicians to join our growing and dynamic team! Competitive pay will be discussed during the interview and will be based upon experience.
Role Purpose:
To resolve and all technical issues while creating a safe environment of pleasant professional and prompt customer service experience.
Job Description:
Internet technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Installation and activation of internet modems
• Connecting internet service using coax, phone lines, ethernet cables, fiber and twisted pair
• Finding the terminal panel (GAM)
Position Requirements:
Education: No educational requirement
