You only need a low voltage license for the monitoring and for pre-wiring so you can pull a permit. Im sure comcast has it though per state since they will offer monitoring.
If they use the same techs, watch out. Cause your time window just went from 2-4 hours to 2-4 days. I guess its going to be called "The Quadruple Play" package now.
