MicroMan pretty much covered it. But if you still want to move forward, look at the websites of the contractors you are currently working for. Most have some sort of company profile. 

Minimun crew requirements can be one (1) person depending on the job at hand. I did many jobs alone in the beginning such as; splicing, fielding, balance/sweep, plow drops, installs etc. I don’t know your current financial situation but it take a pile of money to be a turnkey contractor.   I did it with 6 figures but I think it may be near 7 figures now days.
