I am based out of Milwaukee WI and we have the same issues up here also. If its is painted 80% of the time it is either wrong or half assed done. We have hit so much in the last year due to piss poor locates it is crazy. We have probably atleast trippled our hit from last year just because of it. Thankfully we have had no injuries just fried an excavator only $20000 worth of damage thanks Diggers Hotline/USIC/Olameter and all of your extrmely competent locators 2 thumbs up. HAH
