Thats probably because DyComm is failing on multiple major projects. They got to big for thier britches and brought in way to much beurocracy and young guys that know nothing about how things are actually built and done, but hey the got BA in electronics and they can make a fusion splicer do what it was munufatured to do and wave around a book. Pride does not exist anymore just the damn dollar what a pitty. Be safe and stick to your  guns we are all better than this.
