I would ask them if their qualifications for production-restoration are low as well. For that rate make sure they are going to return to the properties to make necessary repairs to any damages or private facilities. These rates were established back in the early 80"s when the ideal order was a 50' service and being hand buried with very little to no specs required except to make that line disappear. The industry loves individuals who know no better.
