Those were my thoughts exactly! Thanks, I've got other work, and I was honestly just holding onto them while things were slow. They've become more of a burden than a help, as their practices often drive away decent guys all the time.
It's sub work anyway, and the prices are honestly subpar. They can barely keep you busy. I've already cut them down to about two days a week to began with, and I've recognized they're again only giving me the work others won't do, after mentioning my issue with accountability repeatedly on past occasions.
I feel like agreeing to this latest nonsense, just opens the door for them to justify doing it to others, and make it an unwritten standard in the future. None of my other work is asking for this nonsense.
