No contractor is going to pay for crummy work. There are a few "brokers" in the business who fish for workers send them to a job. Never show there face on site. Make more than the substandard workers they send to the job. Do the invoicing.and expect to get paid. This won't fly. As long as the QC guys do there job. Always bites the. "broker" in the butt reputable quality minded hard working companies usually get paid all there money
