Thanks, that was the 1st thing I did the day I bought it.
US Navy electronics guy, I clean & grease every thing regularly!!
It's probably the damn board again like my last truck!!
I was really hoping it was the brushes, but of ccourse winter in Chicago so I would never be that lucky.
For now I'll have to just build a new circuit to start the thing and use the portable generator when I need vac :(
