are you asking as a employee or a contractor. Employee Wise depends on a lot I know guys that splice at 20 per hour and I know guys who make 30 with benefits. I was paid 62k a year in Minneapolis 8 years ago that was with heath 401k and profit sharing. As far as contractor goes that’s all over I’ve made anywhere from 12 a burn up to 65
