It woudve have been.  That was along time ago.  He retired from cable I guess early 90s.  Never met Tony, just alot of people that worked for him.  I bought them from Steve Kidd. Alot of us (James included)spliced coax together for several years together, in Tennessee And they had sat from 2002 to 2008 and haven't been used much Since I got them.  I still have my T40 , my derrick and all my tools still just in case I have to do line work again.
