I have been working with Corning Micro fiber for about three three years and so far the best mid-span tool is the Jonard that you have listed below. The buffer tubes used in Cornings Microfiber is 1.0 - 1.2mm in size so the Miller Msat5 will not work in alot of cases in trying to Mid-span the buffer tube. I am currently working with a Corning rep to see what they can do about getting us a beter mid-span access tool to use for their fiber. the micro fiber according to the corning rep was designed for Butt splices and not midspan splices as alot of people are using it for now....
