nothing beats OJT with a QUALITY old school walkout guy......I frequently will take on a self motovated individual to bring along in the trade........CATVmapping pays the least, RUS amd phone pay best, each type of mapping had different requirements. You will need a good laser range finder like a a TruPulse, a wheel and possible a DMI that has GPS and some 10 power binoculars
