Re: Steer Plate for Vermeer D 4/6

Thanks crash.  Does your steer plate for the D6 just have the 6 bolts, 3 on each side all in a straight row?  Or do they form a V like the newer ones?  Like I was saying earlier, I think it's a Vermeer head/housing, but after talking with my local Vermeer dealer I'm now starting to wonder if it's an aftermarket unit.  Thanks again for your help.
