It should be said that the employees working with that man should have kept an eye on him also. WE ALL KNOW THE DANGERS OF AN UNSAFE TRENCH. I have worked with unsafe people those who know and those who didn.t. Also those who forced the decision.
Everyone needs to have each others back. Never take things for granted.
