does this happen at all actives in the node or just 1 location? if it happens all over the node, might be needing to changeout the node transmitter or bad reciever in the HE, make sure the active has a proper ground. i had this problem in a node in mississippi, and all the ground wires was chopped and salvaged as high as they could reach the copper,thus no ground,, my 2 cents
