Yup, I spend the worst 4.5 years of my contracting life with them. I left before things came to a head and the suit was filed. Got in on the opt-in period.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens next. The case will more than likely have to go to trial again. The DOL is keeping an eye on the case. Here is a link to the decision that was emailed to me this afternoon.
