ASAP... This work has been ongoing since 2013 and will continue into the foreseeable future. We are looking for installation and service professionals- with whom we can build a long-term relationship.
Pay
The pay rates are determined by the scope of work, the complexity of the task, and will depend on your experience, etc...
Qualifications
IT/POS experience is preferred, but not required. We have resources to help you get your certifications as needed. Please have experience working as an independent 1099 cable or satellite technician, at the very least.
Other Requirements
LV hand tools are required to pull, terminate, and test Cat-5,6,7 structured cabling. Reliable transportation (panel truck, truck, van, SUV, or car) preferably late-model and (white preferred). Dress Code is business casual (Khaki pants, jeans, polo shirt, close-toed shoes)
Job Description
We provide technical installation & service to our national clients, relative to their IT infrastructure. NID to the MDF/IDF, POS & peripheral devices. We service and install structured cabling, (Copper & fiber).
Installations are normally pre-scheduled, but service tickets are dispatched as needed. Some service events have a 4-hour SLA. This means we must be on-site, within 4 hours of accepting the work order. Once the service event has been completed, the tech is responsible for collecting deliverables to be submitted for payment. Such deliverables include the manager's signature, pictures, serial numbers, FedEx tracking numbers, and shipment receipts. Payment is weekly, with the first remittance occurring within 14 days.
