SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER for TEST AND MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS, NE SFO Bay (California) location
My client, a NASDAQ traded manufacturer of sophisticated test and measurement systems, is establishing a new state of the art in digital and RF test and measurement, using MC680x0 microcontroller and high speed DSP technology.
We are looking for a senior level software engineer to take the lead on the development of architecture and code in C, C++ and Assembly language for the new product. Should be an established embedded-systems programmer well versed in the use of realtime operating systems, MC680x0 microcontrollers and processors, cross compilers, background debuggers, in-circuit emulators, data structures, algorithm development, structured code development and mathematics. Familiarity with large multitasking programs, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, IEEE 488.2, SCPI, GPIB, DSDP chips, etc, 5 to 8 years or more experience related to the above required. BSEE, CS or equivalent. Excellent project management and interpersonal skills required.
