Please be aware that the sender of the worm did not intend to send it to you! That is the nature of a worm. When the attachment it opened it reads the person's address book then sends out copies of itself to the addresses it finds. This particular worm looks in the user's MyDocuments folder and takes names of files to use as the message subject, making the mail seem more legitimate.
Don't blame the sender (except for stupidity in opening the attachment in the first place) because they didn't intentionally pass it on to you.
