We don’t require bonds and only hold a small retainer on subs. There was timely QC and plenty of email communication given with opportunity to go back. At the end of the day, I don’t air my business on social media or forums. We would never mess with anyone(s) money for labor. However, no one is in business to pay someone to have to pay someone else to redo it.
