How difficult is it to get into fiber splicing? I have been building fiber for around 14 yrs and I just passed my first year as a contractor and was wondering if getting certified through classes was worth it? Or if I bought a trailer and fusion splicer would it be hard to get someone to shadow. Any suggestions.
